USEFUL IDIOTS
Bangkok, an assassin misbehaves during a mission and kills one of the accomplices without knowledge of his other partner in crime.
Two heroin sisters posed to avenge and hunt the perpetrators who killed their beloved sister. Involuntarily they enter into a complicated labyrinth full of accomplices and supporters who are only a tool in someone else’s hands. Everything is being controlled by a ruthless, manipulative and obscure organization.
Director Notes
USEFUL IDIOTS aim to be a meeting point between neorealism and the absurdity of existence. A combination of modern elements and a desire for poetry that is lost without remedy. The movie is set in present times that are irredeemably corrupt and uses contemporary language. It is a tragicomic epic of absurd characters inserted in a plot that looks like a revenge noir well masterminded by some hidden entity. My film is a representation of the insanity of life in a rigorously realistic way: the perfect encounter between Pasolini and Pinter.

SOI TANAKAN
As a warning to all the defaulters, two killers are slowly killing Jorge, a long-term foreign resident in the Soi, who is several months late in his loan payments. The news is rapidly shared across the community, mostly because many of them swear they have seen the ghost of the farang (westerner in Thai). Police has no doubts: it’s a suicide case. But everyone in the community knows it is not the case. Jorge friends, a wide variety of typical Bangkokians, from the fruit vendor to the part time prostitute, decide to take the matter in their hands and start a long quest to find the truth. Like in a modern take of Hamlet, Jorge’s ghost will reveal secrets, relationships, trickeries and will end up leading the community in a rebellion against the bank. A war that makes no prisoners
A tribute to Federico Fellini is our first step to produce the final feature. Soi Tanankan-Fellini tribute is a short movie produced by the Italian Embassy in Thailand. The shooting will take in Bangkok during the month of June 2020

THE TWO BROTHERS
Jackie, the older brother, is a sensitive boy who wants to protect his younger brother Melvin from bullies. He will develop a strong sense of justice who will lead him to a career in police.
Melting, the younger one, grows in the shadow of his older brother fighting to find his own way.
They are bound in a strong relationship of love and hate, but one day life will bring them on two opposite sides of the barricade. During some clashes between police and protesters, Jackie is hit by a molotov cocktail that will bring him to fight for his life. As it happens, Malvin is part of the group of protesters who threw the molotov to his brother. In a very dramatic finale, both will learn the hard way that talking to each other is the only way to solve their problems.
The two brothers short film is a co-production between BIAG and LoveHK. Hong Kong association strongly motivated to increase dialogue among the actors of the Hong Kong’s riots.
GAUDIUM
FRANCESCO BARTOLI, aka FRANK is a very promising neuroscientist; he is making researches on the coca leaf, a natural resource indigenous in Andean countries where it is cultivated and was used for more than five thousand years.
FRANK’s research could disrupt enormous economic interest in the trade of big pharma and of coca-derived beverages as well as in the underworld of narcotraffickers.
